On-site Physician
While some veterns may have their own physician, many are unaware of their rights or what their benefits cover. As we assist them with obtaining all their benefits we also minimize travel time and have quick turn arounds aiding our veterans medically, especially concerning mental health.
Field Trips & Fun
After years of service and seriousness we provide the opportunity for our veterans to live a life of fun and leisure. Military life is vastly differnt than civilian life. What better way to help them adjust than with joy.
Home
Perpetual is not "another shelter" it is a home for our veterans. They have their own private living quarters. For those that become financially fit we help them work towrard acquiring their own home. However, it is not mandatory.
Home-Cooked Meals
Food is oftern associated with celebrations. At Pertual we provide home cooked meals based on the dietary needs of our clients. Meals are prepared with love and with the ideal in mind of making it feel more like home.
Often people wonder where the investment goes. The owner believed in the project enough to invest her funds to initiate the building process. She was also fortunate to receive private funds and grants. These funds have been allocated for building the facility. That is a huge step in the right direction. However continuous help is needed to provide our veterans with the care and love they deserve. The two ways you can help are by donating time or money. To help us keep the facility running with the best accommodations for our veterans, your support is greatly appreciated. You may donate online or via mail.
